Your height is increased with training. To some extent this is true but Men Health we cannot ignore the other sole factors that are more responsible for the growth like hormonal aspect. Human body is capable of growing till the age of 18 years and after that the growth in the body stops. And this growth is due to the plates or cartilage. Fitness helps in the growth of human body but it itself does not do it on own.
