Hi, I bought a Koss KSC 75 from TE, I received them on July 19th.
I was a bit disappointed after opening the package coz it was from 2009 stock and the box was tampered and sealed back with glue as evident from the pics.

May be that was the reason for the discount or whatever, I didn't care much coz this is my 6th purchase from you and moreover I liked the comfort and Sound quality of the clip-ons.

I used them sparingly as I use AD700 primarily, but I discovered off late that the cushion on right clip is wearing off along a line, with the gap widening after each use, may be because of the old stock cushion might have become brittle. So I stopped using them almost a week back and sent you a PM on TE regarding this, posted on your FB Page as well last night. Didn't get any reply. So I thought of posting here to come up with some solution for this.

What am I supposed to do now? Is it cover under warranty? I mean I hardly used them and this happens, I'm not sure If I can find any replacement cushions for those.
Welcome to Pristine Note forums. Do not worry about the cushions .... We will send you a replacement cushions, the next time you order something from us. These earphones are from the Koss, Country Distributor. They are covered under warranty. You would have the contact details from the back pack.

Little packaging (over cover) may have got damaged during the shipment.
Actually the package was glued back as shown in the pic, when I called regarding this, I was told the same that the package was lying open in warehouse since it was kept away for long, so they glued it back before sending. But as I mentioned earlier, I had ignored it since I liked the clip-ons.

Regarding the Cushion replacement, I can't wait till I order something else coz I had already kept this away fearing the ear cushion might come off completely.
If you are willing to ship them alone, I'll pay the shipping charges.

I thought these were not in production, but saw the other post in the forum. So do you have 2012 manufactured one in stock too?
